In this course, students will learn how to protect their code using the latest HTML5 standards. These standards will introduce new security elements that can be incorporated into making stronger web applications. We will dive into understanding what the risks are in developing and how hackers can target the storage, the iFrame and infiltrate a cross-domain request. The course engages students in learning about new elements in HTML5, providing easy to understand business risks, concepts, news articles and code blocks demonstrating how vulnerabilities have impacted organizations and best practices to defending against them.
